makemycv.work is an AI-powered CV optimization platform. You upload your CV, add job offers, and our AI generates tailored CVs optimized for each role. The service is provided as-is.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The service uses a credit-based system. Credits are purchased as one-time payments through Stripe and never expire. Credit costs for each operation are displayed before you confirm. All purchases are final — credits are non-refundable once purchased.

CVs generated by our AI are based on the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use. We do not guarantee that generated CVs will result in job interviews or employment. The AI may occasionally produce inaccurate content — always review before submitting.

You retain ownership of all content you upload. Generated CVs belong to you. Our platform, design, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

makemycv.work is provided without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost job opportunities, inaccurate AI output, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the preceding 12 months.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. All your data will be permanently deleted, except anonymized transaction records kept for accounting purposes. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.
