How do credits work?
Credits are purchased as one-time payments and never expire. Each operation (job analysis, CV generation, etc.) costs a specific number of credits, shown before you confirm.
Can I get a refund?
Credits are non-refundable once purchased. If you experience a technical issue that consumed credits without delivering results, contact us and we'll look into it.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Dashboard > Settings > Account and use the "Delete account" option. All your data will be permanently removed.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We never sell or share your data, and we don't use it to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.
